WTA Miami Best Bet Including Danielle Collins vs Elena Rybakina

Danielle Collins National Bank Open

WTA Miami final

Collins – Rybakina: 30.03.2024 17:30
H2H: 1-3

Danielle Collins continued her winning streak and won in straight sets yet again! Collins won in straight sets against Alexandrova in the semifinal as we predicted! After losing the first set against Pera, Collins picked up her form and is yet to lose a set after that match. We can not underestimate Alexandrova, who won against Swiatek and Pegula, here in Miami. Collins did not have any problems in this match. She won 6-3 6-2 and only spent 75 minutes on the court. She played once again really aggressively. She hit 21 winners in this match and just looked unstoppable. Collins is also a Florida resident, and it would be a fairytale story if she would lift a title here, in Miami. We mentioned in our previous articles that this is her farewell season. It looks like she is playing without any pressure! This will be her first WTA 1000 final! We also have to mention that no one, besides Pera, has won more than three games in one set against her, here, in Miami. Tomorrow, she will face another big hitter, Elena Rybakina in the final! Rybakina has had a really tough tournament so far. She played 4 out of her last 5 matches in three sets. In the quarterfinal, Rybakina spent almost 3 hours on the court against Sakkari. There were a lot of ups and downs in this match, but Rybakina stayed calm and won in the end! Yesterday, she faced Azarenka on another rollercoaster. Rybakina broke Azarenka´s serve only once in the first set, which was enough. After that, Rybakina played her worst set this year. She did not have a single game point and lost the second set 0-6. Azarenka did play great in that second set, but Rybakina was just making too many unforced errors. In the third set, each player broke his serve once. They fought it out in the tiebreak, where Rybakina stayed calm and won easily! Before this tournament, Rybakina had to withdraw from the Dubai quarterfinals, and she could not defend her Indian Wells title due to illness. This season has been good so far for her. She has played three finals already, winning two of them. She won a title in Brisbane and Abu Dhabi this year! This will be a very interesting match to watch. Both players have a similar, attacking playing style. We will see a lot of winners and possibly many unforced errors as well. The player who stays more consistent throughout the match wins the match. Overall, we believe that Collins has been more consistent throughout this tournament. She has already mentioned that she loves to play there because her close friends and family come and spend time with her. On the other hand, she will face Rybakina, who is number 4 in the world. We have to mention that Rybakina has a losing record when playing finals. She has a losing record of 7-10. According to the bookies, Rybakina is a favorite in this match. However, we believe that Collins will have less pressure. This is her last season, and we believe that she will win her biggest title and crown her career with at least one big title!
