ATP Miami Best Bets Including Carlos Alcaraz vs Grigor Dimitrov

Carlos Alcaraz in action ahead of the ATP Buenos Aires Open.

ATP Miami quarterfinals

Zverev – Marozsan: 28.03.2024 18:00 CEST
H2H: first meeting

Alexander Zverev had a great tournament so far in Miami. He won all the matches in straight sets. Two nights ago, against Khachanov, Zverev lost only 5 games. He dominated from the very start and his ground strokes looked sharp. Zverev also did not offer any breakpoints in this match. It is safe to say that the German is playing his best tennis! Two weeks ago, Zverev was stopped in the quarterfinals of the Indian Wells where he lost to Alcaraz. He will face Fabian Marozsan tonight, who defeated two top 10 players already in this tournament. It is not usual to see a player who is outside the top 50 reach the quarterfinals of a Masters 1000 tournament while beating two top 10 players en route. Marozsan has the best record when playing masters tournaments. He has an incredible score; 14 wins and only 3 losses. His record against the top 10 players at the masters tournaments is 4-1. In the second round in Miami, Marozsan destroyed Rune 6-1, 6-1. After that, Marozsan had another easy win against Popyrin. Two nights ago, in the 1/8-Finals, he had the toughest match thus far against de Minaur. He played an incredible first and the third set. In the second set, Marozsan lost 0-6 to de Minaur. He lost his concentration, but in the end he managed to find his game back and win in three sets. According to the bookies, Zverev is a huge favorite today. We believe that Marozsan has a decent chance tonight. That being said, Marozsan, playing handicapping games is a value bet, and you should go for it!

Value bet/ the best odds: Marozsan +3.5 games handicap @1.83 @bet365

Alcaraz – Dimitrov: 29.03.2024 00:00 CEST
H2H: 3-1

Carlos Alcaraz continued his great form in Miami as well. He defended the Indian Wells title last week, winning against Medvedev in the final. Alcaraz is with Sinner, one of the best players at the moment. It is good to mention that Alcaraz won the title two years ago here in Miami. He had three easy matches en route to the quarterfinals here. In his last match, against Musetti, Alcaraz won 6-3 easily. His opponent, Grigor Dimitrov, lost in the 1/8-Finals at Indian Wells earlier this month. After that, Dimitrov secured the quarterfinals, here in Miami! He has had two tough matches thus far. In the 1/32-Finals, Dimitrov won in three hard fought sets against Tabilo. After that, he had an incredible match against Hanfmann where he only lost one game in the whole match! In the 1/8-Finals, Hurkacz gave him a lot of problems. Dimitrov had to fight for almost three hours to get into the quarterfinals. This was his best result at this tournament. We believe that Alcaraz is, besides Sinner, the biggest favorite to win the title. Dimitrov had a really tough match recently, and we are not sure how his body will keep up. Alcaraz is playing his best tennis at the moment, and we believe that he is just too good for Dimitrov at the moment.

Value bet/ the best odds: Alcaraz to win 2-0 @1.53 @bet365
