Lorenzo Sonego French Open

Indian Wells 1/64-Finals
Sonego – Kecmanovic: 07.03.2024 20:00 CEST
H2H: 3-3

Lorenzo Sonego did not have the best season so far. As his coach mentioned, his mental game has to be better in order to get better results. He lost his last match against Medvedev in Dubai. Sonego played perfect tennis and there are some signs of improvement in his game. His first serve percentage was really high, and his ground strokes were perfect. His opponent, Miomir Kecmanovic, started this season well, but lately he has been really struggling. In February, he lost against a couple of challenged players and both wins that he had last week were against completely out of form players. Once he played against a top 50 player (Draper), we saw how Draper dominated in that match! Lorenzo Sonego is a better player at the moment. With this win, he might break into the top 50 rankings! All being said, Sonego to win is definitely a value bet!

Safiullin – Evans: 07.03.2024 23:00 CEST
H2H: 1-2

Roman Safiullin is just in terrible form at the moment. He is on a 5-match losing streak. Unforced errors should be his main concern. We could see how he struggled against the players who played longer rallies, with more slices and just with more variations overall. His last win was at the beginning of January. Tonight will be a big test for him as he will face Dan Evans. Safiullin and Evans played two weeks ago in Los Cabos, where Evans won easily in straight sets. It was not that Evans was playing better, he played smarter than Safiullin. We expect a similar match today under almost the same conditions. Evans is a way better tactical player, and we truly believe that he will show it against Safiullin tonight yet again!
Somehow, the bookies are considering Safiullin to be a favorite in this matchup. We can not agree with that, so Evans to win is a value bet, and you should go for it!

Raonic – Nagal: 08.03.2024 03:00 CEST
H2H: first meeting

Milos Raonic had a little bit of luck with Nadal withdrawing out of the tournament. He is going to play tonight against the lucky loser, Nagal. Former number 3 is slowly but surely getting back to his best form. Unfortunately, he had to retire in his last match that he played against Sinner. He said that he feels great again and if he is really healthy, we believe that he might be a big threat to anyone. We saw in the match against Sinner how he really was pushing Sinner to the limit. His opponent, Sumit Nagal, is on the verge of entering the top 100. Nagal played really well at the challenger level this year. However, every time he played a bigger tournament, he lost his focus. Nagal lost in the last qualification round against Hong Kong. His tennis did not look so good, but he got lucky as Nadal withdrew out of the tournament. We believe that Milos Raonic is a way better player and server at the moment. If he is fit, he will win easily in straight sets tonight!

Value bet/ the best odds: Milos Raonic to win 2-0 @2.20 @bet365
