#AndNEW: AJ Gray Wins BLP Midwest Championship

AJ Gray

On Saturday night, rising Midwest star AJ Gray ended “Warhorse” Jake Parnell‘s 175-day reign as the Black Label Pro Midwest Champion to add more Indiana gold around his waist – Gray is also the reigning Paradigm Pro Heavyweight Champion.

The win was a huge one, as the title changed names following the match. Initially, the title was known as the BLP Indiana State Championship, but going forward it will be now known simply as the BLP Midwest Championship. AJ Gray is the third man to hold the title, following Parnell and inaugural champion, Kobe Durst. AJ Gray won the title in a hard-fought contest this past Saturday at BLP Dragons & Dropkicks.
