Neither of these teams are that significantly less than the Aztecs and the Huskies. Now, will one or both pull it off. Like for example, just how staggering has “the U” been against the underdog number and that includes a tremendous percentage of winning the game outright as “pooch” over the last couple of years.
Meanwhile, Florida Atlantic is a relative unheard of for “March Madness,” however, they’ve now won 35 games this season and already have outright doggie wins over Memphis, Tennessee and Kansas State in this 2023 tournament. Can they pull off a fourth against the best defensive team in the tourney, San Diego Aztecs?
