Current Cup and Xfinity team Kaulig Racing announced that they would partner with new manufacturer RAM for the 2026 Truck Series season. The team will field five trucks and run for the owners’ championship.
Kaulig Racing will field 5 RAM Trucks in the ’26 Craftsman Truck Series Season
Kaulig Racing will become the only team in NASCAR currently to field cars in all three divisions. In their announcement today, they shared that they have partnered with RAM Trucks for 2026. The Welcome, North Carolina, team will field five trucks in the 2026 Craftsman Truck Series, but drivers have not been announced. They will run for the 2026 Owner’s championship, allowing for multiple drivers to pilot one truck.

Kaulig and RAM Go Racing:
Kaulig Racing currently fields Chevrolets in both the Cup and Xfinity Series, so this is a bit of uncharted territory. The team has said that they will operate out of the same building. Safeguards will have to be in place to protect Chevrolet’s information and RAM’s information. Fox Sports’ Bob Pockrass believes that Kaulig will get Trucks from Spire Motorsports. Kaulig will change the nose and tail of the trucks with RAM’s body panels.
Again, no drivers have been announced yet, but all five trucks will run for the championship. Bob Pockrass believes that since the announcement came at a RAM dealership owned by current Kaulig Xfinity driver Daniel Dye, Dye could be connected with the program.

Five full-time Trucks are a huge operation for Kaulig, making their total NASCAR fleet 10 cars. Kaulig believes it will have to hire fifty-plus new employees for the effort. Kaulig is the only team planned to partner with RAM for 2026.
This is a big step for Kaulig. I am interested to see how the different manufacturers coexist in the same building. As a RAM owner myself, I can’t wait to see RAM’s racing in NASCAR again.
I am excited to see how RAM and Kaulig fare in 2026.
