Palmowski competed in the GB4 Championship with Elite Motorsport in 2024. Her debut race set the tone of the season as she claimed victory with a margin of 3.6 seconds.

She finished the season as Vice-Champion, tallying three wins, two pole positions,  and an unmatched eleven podium finishes.
