Formula 1 racing is back this weekend in Singapore. Let us look at the best bets for the 2023 Singapore Grand Prix.
Racing in the Singapore Grand Prix is one of the most challenging places for F1 drivers. The Marina Bay Street Circuit is no walk in the park and will push these drivers to the limit. The track is sure to provide a hectic racing environment and will guarantee lots of uncertainty. In a race that is difficult to predict, let’s look at the betting odds that could be worth your money.
Max Verstappen Race Win (-450)
Statistically, this is the most likely outcome in Singapore and every single race on the calendar. Max Verstappen made history at the Italian Grand Prix and has won the past 10 races. He will look to make it 11 straight and grow his current record. If you want the most certainty about placing a bet, Max Verstappen is the best place to put it.
Sergio Perez Race Win (+1000)
There is only one other race winner this season, and it happens to be Verstappen’s teammate, Sergio Perez. If you want to take the risk of Verstappen not being able to win this race, Perez is the most logical person to bet on. While teams are making strides in diminishing the gap behind Red Bull, the RB19 still has much more race pace than the rest of the field. Be cautious with this bet though as Perez has shown inconsistencies this season.
Charles Leclerc Pole Position (+1200)
The last two times Formula 1 has raced in Singapore, Charles Leclerc has secured pole position. Leclerc has proven to be one of the sport’s greatest qualifiers and Ferrari has demonstrated a great one-lap pace recently. Sainz was able to grab pole position last race with Leclerc behind in P3. While both Ferrari drivers could steal pole from Red Bull, Leclerc has shown that he handles this street circuit better than his teammate. This pick is risky but has amazing value and upside.

Albon has shown great speed and tire management this season, especially since the Summer break. Singapore has a history of safety cars and chaos. If things go the right way for Albon, this may be a line may be a great line to look into. He has qualified 4th and 6th in his last two races and could very well propel the Williams into a top 6 place. The track changes made this year should help the team during qualifying and the race. The sequence of 90° corners that led the track under the grandstand has been removed for this year’s race. The team and Albon should benefit from the track changes in Singapore as it gives them a longer straight to use their speed. Do not count Albon out this weekend.
