The Monday Night Football matchup may not always be the best, but when Peyton and Eli Manning are doing their Manningcast on ESPN2, it’s always an enjoyable broadcast. This week, the brothers were joined by basketball Hall of Famer Charles Barkley and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield, who both brought some of the most enjoyable stories of the season. If you missed the broadcast (or have YouTube TV), here’s a replay of some of the best moments of Monday’s show.
Barkley Plays A New Game Show
On Inside The NBA, Ernie Johnson, Kenny Smith, and Shaquille O’Neal laugh at Barkley as he plays “Who He Play For?” to determine which team certain NBA players are with. Joining Peyton and Eli last night, they tweaked the game into “Does Chuck Know What You Do?” Barkley was then shown pictures of different ESPN personalities and asked if he knew who they were and what their roles were.
Mayfield Explains His Practice In Scrambling
Mayfield has done his share of avoiding pressure in leading Tampa Bay to a 6-2 record this year, including one scamper against the 49ers that turned a third and 14 into drive-extending first down that eventually resulted in a touchdown. Eli asked Mayfield about “what day of the week” he practices those scrambling drills, and Mayfield recounted about a time in 2017 that he tried scrambling in Fayetteville, Arknasas and ended up behind more than just the sticks.
Eli: At what point in the week do you practice your scrambling?
Baker: I tried one time in Fayetteville, Arkansas and it didn’t go too well. Wound up getting arrested. pic.twitter.com/wyC7Ra1W8i

Barkley Confirms To Manningcast He Stopped Wearing Underwear
Leave it to Peyton to deliver the hard-hitting news to the Manningcast. While talking to Barkley, the Hall of Fame quarterback revealed that in his research, he learned that the forward burned all his underwear decades ago and he hasn’t worn any since. Barkley confirmed that he does indeed go “Commanche” (as Charles put it) before Eli surprised him with a present for being their first ever guest four years ago.
After Charles Barkley burned all of his underwear, we knew EXACTLY the gift to get him to commemorate being our very first ManningCast guest. pic.twitter.com/oRo3tfqH41
