Rich Eisen To Fill In For Pat McAfee During February

A familiar face will grace the afternoon slot on ESPN in place of Pat McAfee starting today.  But PMS fans have no need for concern.  ESPN announced Tuesday that the Pat McAfee Show, seen from noon-2 pm on the network and for an additional hour on YouTube, is taking a scheduled two-week break beginning today, and that the Rich Eisen Show, which airs on Disney+ and ESPN+ in the same timeframe, will fill in during its hiatus.

The former Colts punter and his show get the break after spending all of last week on Radio Row at Super Bowl LX in San Francisco.

McAfee and crew are expected to return to the air on February 25, just in time for the NFL Combine in Indianapolis, where the show originates from.

Eisen, who has worked for NFL Network since leaving ESPN in 2003, had his radio show, which had previously been simulcast by DirecTV’s Audience Channel, Peacock, and Roku, return to ESPN in 2025.  The NFL has since acquired an equity stake in ESPN, which is now expected to take over running the NFL Network.

Eisen’s show, featuring producers Chris Brockman, T.J. Jefferson, and Mike Del Tufo, originates from Los Angeles.
