Head-to-head:<\/strong> Michelsen 1-1 Moutet<\/p>\n Alex Michelsen has grown in confidence as this week has progressed, showing off his trademark composure and clean shot-making through several tight matches – scoring wins over home hope Beibit Zhukayev, Aleksandar Vukic, and Shintaro Mochizuki. He\u2019s handled pressure moments well, especially in his last outing, where his serve and transition play held firm when it mattered most.<\/p>\n Corentin Moutet has put together a strong run of his own, using his variety and quick hands to unsettle opponents and dictate with his lefty angles. The pair met earlier in the season in Cincinnati, where Michelsen came through to pull level in their head-to-head. Given both players\u2019 current form, this one could swing on who manages their service games better and stays patient in the longer rallies.
