The 2025 US Open Final is here, and our match is a doozy. Making her second Major final of the year is Amanda Anisimova. Her opponent, Aryna Sabalenka, is making her third Grand Slam final of the year and is the defending champion of the 2024 US Open. This is as good of a chance as Anisimova has ever had to win a Major title. Here are my best bets. Please let me know if you agree in the comments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Amanda Anisimova and Aryna Sabalenka are no strangers to one another. They have\u00a0nine<\/em> previous matches, and five<\/em> of them were in a Grand Slam, two of them this year alone. Anisimova took their semifinal match two months ago at Wimbledon in three sets. Sabalenka took their June match at the French Open in straight sets. Anisimova is 3-2 in her five career Grand Slam matches. Sabalenka has a chance to tie it up and win her first major of the year if she can overcome one of the few Top 10 players that Sabalenka doesn’t traditionally beat.<\/p>\n

Best Bet to Make<\/b><\/p>\n

Sabalenka is a different animal when it comes to Majors. She has three majors to her name, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t beatable. Anisimova is just one name to give Sabalenka fits at a Major, but there are others. She has also lost three finals at Majors, too. Anisimova is desperately looking to have a better performance than her last Major final. Anisimova was double-bageled by Iga Swiatek in her first Wimbledon final, and people haven’t let her forget it. Until she beats the champion, I have to defer to Sabalenka, who is the defending champion. Sabalenka is better than Anisimova in almost every metric, and the books see it that way, too.<\/p>\n

That being said, Sabalenka winning<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0is a value bet for sure.<\/b><\/p>\n

If you are set on betting on Anisimova due to her lifetime record against Sabalenka, then let me give you a quality bet at the minimum. There are two different ways to approach this one. Anisimova has tremendous value on Unibet at 2.8 straight up, or they also offer the over on 2.5 sets at 2.43. The over on 21.5 games is 1.88, but I would take Anisimova straight if you’re concerned about a larger payout. There are plenty of options that you can explore if Sabalenka isn’t your cup of tea, but that’s my pick for the match.<\/p>\n

That being said, <\/span>Ansimova<\/b>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>winning is a value bet for sure.<\/b><\/p>\n
