Cocciaretto’s game is more suited to grass, but the Italian might have a slight mental block against Pera due to their head-to-head. None of those previous matches were on grass, though, which should give Cocciaretto belief. Her firepower is backed to be enough to overcome Pera in those conditions. Kudermetova’s better serve than Collins, who had a terrible serving day against Minnen, should help her. The Belgian is bound to give chances on her serve, and will find it difficult to win if she cannot get into enough service games.
