Elena Rybakina and Casper Ruud will be wearing new outfits for the 2025 French Open. Former Wimbledon women’s champion Rybakina and ATP star Ruud are sponsored by Yonex. They are the Japanese company’s two biggest tennis stars. Yonex is prominent for producing tennis and badminton rackets but is also an established house in manufacturing tennis apparel and athletic shoes.<\/p>\n
Rybakina previously endorsed Nike before leaving them for Adidas. But she signed a new deal with Yonex in the summer of 2023, which included full tennis apparel. It was an extension of her longstanding racket partnership with the company. Meanwhile, Ruud has been with Yonex for the whole of his pro career. Like Rybakina, the Norwegian’s partnership includes full clothing, equipment, and shoes.<\/p>\n
The two outfits are part of Yonex’s Paris Collection<\/a>, tailored for the 2025 French Open, which begins on Sunday, May 25. Rybakina and Ruud will wear peppermint kits, a light pastel shade of green that clashes beautifully with the bright Parisian clay.<\/p>\n Rybakina’s peppermint green outfit consists of a cropped tank with a navy blue lining paired with a skirt. In the official photo shoot, the Kazakhstani was pictured wearing a dark visor cap, wristband, and shoes. Ruud will also be wearing similar colors.
