The tournament organizers are in a rush to get the first-round matches completed. But who will reach the second round?<\/p>\n<h2>WTA Bogota Day 2 Predictions<\/h2>\n<h4>Lea Boskovic vs Irina Bara<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Head-to-head:<\/strong> Boskovic 1-1 Bara<\/p>\n<p>This is an all-qualifier meeting. Boskovic hadn&#8217;t played a clay-court match this season but still won a couple of 6-0 sets to reach the main draw. Bara has featured 20 times on the sport&#8217;s most demanding surface this season and has won 13 matches and lost seven. She was a runner-up in an ITF tournament in Antalya. The Romanian is also a frequent visitor to Bogota, playing in her fifth main draw, and is better suited to get a result.<br \/>\n<em>Prediction: Bara in 2<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>Emiliana Arango vs Lucrezia Stefanini<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Head-to-head:<\/strong> Arango 3-2 Stefanini<\/p>\n<p>This is sure to be one of the most competitive matches in Bogota. Arango holds a 3-2 advantage in the head-to-head and defeated Stefanini in their only clay meeting in Parma last season. The Italian avenged that loss in the US Open qualifying. Last year, she won 55 matches at all levels. She has notched six wins in the first quarter of 2025. Chang is having a worse season by comparison with five defeats in 14 matches. Lepchenko won their third career meeting in the <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/tennis\/category\/australian-open\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Australian Open<\/a> qualifying back in January.
