The tennis tournaments at the Paris Olympics continue with 14 women\u2019s singles matches on Sunday. The quest for Gold features some of the top players in the sport. As always, we here at LastWordOnTennis will predict all matches for you. We split the 14 matches into four articles. The other articles feature Barbora Krejcikova vs Sara Sorribes Tormo<\/a>, Jessica Pegula vs Viktoriya Golubic<\/a>, and Coco Guaff vs Ajla Tomljanovic<\/a>. Paris Olympics Women’s Day 2 Predictions<\/h2>\n

Mirra Andreeva (Neutral) vs Magda Linette (Poland)<\/h4>\n

\nLinette played in the Prague final on Friday, making an already tough ask even tougher. The rising Russian star reached the semifinals of the French Open here two months ago, and she seems poised to replicate that this week.
\nPrediction: Andreeva in 2<\/em><\/p>\n

Jordan<\/em>
\nBoth women won a tournament on clay the day before this matchup. Linette\u2019s greater energy might make the difference. She blew away Magdalena Frech in the Prague final, while Andreeva had a long match against Elina Avanesyan. Recovering so quickly afterward will be tough for the teenager.

Maria Sakkari (Greece) vs Danka Kovinic (Montenegro)<\/h4>\n

Yesh<\/em>
\nSakkari isn\u2019t quite at her Top 10 self anymore, and the confidence often seems to be gone. When it\u2019s there, though, she can play with anyone. She has a rare combination of power and movement that should make her among the game\u2019s elite if she can ever put it at all together.
\nPrediction: Sakkari in 3<\/em><\/p>\n

Jordan<\/em>
\nIt is tough to ever fully trust Sakkari to avoid an upset. Her last appearance at Roland-Garros ended in a shock loss to Varvara Gracheva. Her game on clay at its best is far superior to Kovinic\u2019s though, and even a patchy performance would be good enough to get the job done.
