His single-handed backhand is a thing of beauty and works especially well on the lawn court. Martinez is a solid competitor who will run down every ball thrown his way. However, his record on grass is less than inspiring having only made the third round of Wimbledon once and was knocked out at the first stage of qualifying last season. Eubanks will be the man who remains standing.
