As always, we predict all of the matches, split between four articles. The other three feature <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/tennis\/2021\/08\/17\/atp-cincinnati-day-4-predictions-tsitsipas-korda\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Stefanos Tsitsipas vs Sebastian Korda<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/tennis\/2021\/08\/17\/atp-cincinnati-day-4-predictions-khachanov-auger-aliassime\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Karen Khachanov vs Felix Auger-Aliassime<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/tennis\/2021\/08\/17\/atp-cincinnati-day-4-predictions-medvedev-mcdonald\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">Daniil Medvedev vs Mackenzie McDonald<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>ATP Cincinnati Day 4 Predictions<\/h2>\n<h4>John Isner vs Jannik Sinner<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Head-to-head:<\/strong> first meeting<\/p>\n<p>Isner looked to be struggling physically against Daniil Medvedev in Canada, but he showed no signs of it as he fired 26 aces en route to defeating Cameron Norrie in the first round. By winning Miami, he achieved more than anyone ever expected of him, but he followed that up with six consecutive losses&#8230; until Wimbledon, where he <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/tennis\/2021\/07\/08\/the-rise-of-hubert-hurkacz\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">reached the semifinals<\/a>. Then at the Olympics he was upset by Liam Brody, before coming within inches of upsetting eventual champion Medvedev last week in Canada. You never know what to expect with Hurcacz. The fact he played well last week doesn&#8217;t mean he will do it again in Cincinnati. When it comes to Murray, it&#8217;s clear his best days are behind him, but he still has the ability to be dangerous on his day and Hukacz has certainly lost to worse players this year.
