There should be some great tennis at this ATP 500 event, and we’re going to predict every match for you. This article looks at four matches, and we have two other articles as well. One features Stefanos Tsitsipas vs Benoit Paire, and the other highlights Fabio Fognini vs Stefano Travaglia.

ATP Acapulco Day 2 Predictions

Cameron Norrie vs Stefan Kozlov

Norrie is a former NCAA standout who hasn’t quite found the success that some others, like Steve Johnson has. Still, he’s improving and has been finding his form recently. Kozlov, meanwhile, is still learning what it takes to play at a level like this. He’ll learn against Norrie.
Prediction: Norrie in 2

Embed from Getty Images

Tallon Griekspoor vs Denis Kudla

I will freely admit to consistently underestimating Griekspoor. It’s not my fault, either–ever since I saw a joke years ago that Griekspoor and Matwe Middlekoop have names more reminiscent of Pokemon than tennis players, I haven’t been able to get it out of my head. So that may be at play here, but I also think Kudla is just a better player. The American is more talented and more consistent, so he’s more likely to win this match. But I have to give full disclosure in case my pick on this match is biased.)
Prediction: Kudla in 3

Embed from Getty Images

Tommy Paul vs Milos Raonic

Paul is a solid player who’s steadily improving, but Raonic is a potentially elite player.
