Anderson made the final here last year and was totally dominant in the first round, only losing 9 games to Pierre-Hugues Herbert. Janko Tipseravic survived a five set clash with Yoshito Nishioka in the first round. These two are tied 1-1 in the head to head, but Anderson is considerably better and Tipseravic is considerably worse compared to when Tipseravic beat Anderson in 2013. Anderson clearly loves the grass courts of Wimbledon, and I look for him to get a comfortable win in this one. <strong>Anderson in 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yesh:\u00a0Anderson looked solid in his return to grass. Medvedev had a great run to the semifinals at Queen\u2019s Club, and continue his winning ways with a straight sets win over Paolo Lorenzi in the first round. Popyrin did well to qualify for Wimbledon, and beat Pablo Carreno-Busta in straight sets in the first round. Popyrin\u2019s aggression is rewarded on grass, but Medvedev\u2019s flat groundstrokes and impressive defending on grass should see him through to the third round. Prediction: <strong>Medvedev in 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yesh:\u00a0Medvedev looked vulnerable against clay courter Paolo Lorenzi, while Popyrin finished strong against Pablo Carreno Busta. Granollers easily beat Antalya winner Lorenzo Sonego in the first round, while Ugo Humbert advanced to the second round when Gael Monfils retired in the third set. Granollers qualified for the tournament and has not lost a set so far. Humbert\u2019s huge lefty game is generally hit-or-miss on grass, and Granollers\u2019 variety should frustrate him. Granollers wins. <strong>Granollers in 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yesh:\u00a0Humbert lucked out that Gael Monfils&#8217; ankle started acting up when Humbert was about to lose. Raonic, a former finalist at the All England Club, made quick work of Prajnesh Gunneswaran, winning in straight sets. Haase only dropped five games in a straightforwards win over Jozef Kovalik. While Haase was very impressive in his first round win, he has not been consistent enough on the grass, and Raonic\u2019s big game will be hard for him to handle. Raonic wins. <strong>Raonic in 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yesh:\u00a0Robin Haase can just beat the stuffing out of a tennis ball. That&#8217;s useful on a grass court. His unfortunate tendency to hit lots of errors is not.
