Essentially I am predicting the eight players to qualify for the WTA Finals next year, as well as the two alternates should one of the top eight not be able to participate. <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordontennis.com\/2018\/12\/22\/2019-wta-predictions-who-will-win-the-grand-slams\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">I also made predictions for who would win the Grand Slams this year<\/a>.\u00a0It is almost time for me to reveal my Top 10 predictions but first I must do some honourable mentions&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Honourable Mentions\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Karolina Pliskov\u00e1 (CZE) [2018 Rank: No.8, Grand Slams: 0, WTA Titles: 11]<\/li>\n<li>Maria Sharapova (RUS) [2018 Rank: No.29, Grand Slams: 5, WTA Titles: 36]<\/li>\n<li>Daria Kasatkina (RUS) \u00a0[2018 Rank: No.10, Grand Slams: 0, WTA Titles: 2]<\/li>\n<li>Ashleigh Barty (AUS) [2018 Rank: No.15, Grand Slams: 0, WTA Titles: 3]<\/li>\n<li>Kiki Bertens (NLD) [2018 Rank: No.9, Grand Slams: 0, WTA Titles: 7]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I expect these players to all have relatively successful seasons and end the year in Top 20 but believe that they will all just miss out on the Top 10 in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Now it is finally time for me to reveal my Top 10 predictions!
