Wimbledon is the second major, as Osaka last faced Sabalenka at this year’s French Open, losing in straight sets during the round of 16. Only three of her total matches against Sabalenka have gone to a third set, and one of them was this year. This is Osaka’s fourth match against Sabalenka this year alone, and only one has gone to a third set. I won’t say that Sabalenka has had an easy time against Osaka, anything but; it’s just that she can’t quite manage to swing sets in her favor. Would we expect her to start doing that at Wimbledon?

Best Bet to Make

There are a couple ways to approach this match, and it really comes down to preference. If you think it’s likely that Sabalenka holds Osaka to a two-set win, as she has historically been able to do, then grab her winning 2:0 at 2.2 on three different sites. If you think this is a 6-3,6-4 match, then you want to take the under on 20.5 games at 2.3 on bet-at-home. Either way, you’re going to be coming home with at least double your cash on a tough Wimbledon match.

That being said, betting on under 20.5 games is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: Under 20.5 games @2.3 @bet-at-home

Bencic – Gauff: Time 11:30 EST

H2H: 2-5

Belinda Bencic against Coco Gauff is one of Wimbledon’s best matches in any round. Both women are among the best in the sport, and this will be their second match this year. They recently met in the WTA Miami quarterfinals, which Gauff won in three sets. In fact, only two of their seven total matches haven’t gone to a third set. Will Wimbledon be another classic between these two? They have never met in anything less than a round of 16 match, and this match will be no different.

Best Bet to Make

This match is capable of going either way, especially with the way Gauff has been up and down this year. Are we going to get the Gauff who played in WTA Miami and WTA Rome, or the Gauff that played Indian Wells, Doha, or Berlin? Even though Bencic performs well against Gauff, she does not often win. That’s what I’m betting on, literally.
