Usually, this would be quite a close matchup on grass, but given each player’s respective form at the moment, it is hard not to favor Shnaider here.

Mertens might lead the head-to-head, but Eala has been constantly improving and she has been playing great tennis on grass in recent week, with a title run in Birmingham and a semifinal run in Berlin losing to the eventual champion in Linda Noskova. She will be looking to maintain that strong momentum this week ahead of Wimbledon and she should be able to get her first ever win in this matchup here.<\/p><\/div>\n

She will certainly be confident in a good Wimbledon campaign and will be looking to gain some important confidence and momentum ahead of it here. Wang is very unlikely to be able to stop her.
