This is a 250-point tournament, so as the event moves into the Round of 16, players are competing to get to the weekend, where the points and prizes increase. What is also valuable about these matches is that the players who win will get at least three grass matches under their belt this week. That is important preparation for Wimbledon. The match play, at a WTA 250, might actually be the most significant thing the players want, even more than the ranking points. Putting themselves in a position to do well at Wimbledon matters a lot. LWOS has our best bets for three matches. Linette is ranked World No. 60, Pohankova No. 280. Yet, Linette is only a slight favorite in this match on the betting markets. She is not a huge favorite. Why might that be? It could be that Pohankova likes faster surfaces such as grass. She did beat Clara Tauson in straight sets in the first round of this Hertogenbosch tournament. She has won 11 indoor matches this year. Grass is not indoors, but they are both generally faster surfaces, so the markets respect Pohankova’s ability to play the faster points grass requires. Linette, who beat Jelena Ostapenko at Roland-Garros and reached the third round, is more comfortable on clay. That’s why she is not a bigger betting favorite.

Best Bet to Make

Linette might not be all that comfortable on clay, to the point that an opponent who is more comfortable on faster surfaces can pick her off. However, this is not a small to moderate difference in WTA world ranking. These players are separated by 220 ranking spots. That’s a lot. Linette is not an elite player, but she is a competent veteran. You’re getting a solid price for Linette moneyline. You don’t have to bet Linette to win in straight sets to get value. You can get that value for just the moneyline. Take it.

That being said, betting on Linette winning is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: Linette winning @1.83 @1xBet

Udvardy – Snigur: Time 6:30 EST

H2H: 0–0

Panna Udvardy faces Daria Snigur. Both players posted solid wins in the first round. Udvardy beat Ekaterina Alexandrova. Snigur defeated Paula Badosa. Both wins were in straight sets. Those are strong statements at the start of grass season. These players are separated by roughly 20 spots in the WTA world rankings, yet Snigur is a strong favorite at 1.29. Why is Snigur such a clear favorite at a non-bargain price? Here’s the key difference between the two players in 2026: Udvardy loves to play on clay. She has played 26 clay matches in 2026. Snigur has played only eight matches, instead choosing to load up on indoor tennis. It’s clear Snigur prefers not to play on clay, unlike Udvardy. On grass, that could make a difference.

Best Bet to Make

Snigur’s preference for non-clay and Udvardy’s preference for clay are the reasons the markets love Snigur in this match. It is reasonable to think that Udvardy is a clay specialist and will be out of her element on grass, but she handled Alexandrova earlier this week. The counterargument there is that Alexandrova is having an awful season, and therefore a win over her is not an indicator of real form or quality right now. As noted above, the moneyline price for Snigur isn’t good, so Snigur in straight sets is the bet that will give you a much better return on a winning wager.

That being said, betting on Snigur winning 2:0 is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: Snigur winning 2:0 @1.76 @1xBet

Tomljanovic – Yastremska: Time 9:00 EST

H2H: 0–4

Ajla Tomljanovic faces Dayana Yastremska. Tomljanovic had been going through a very difficult season heading into this tournament, but she looked great against Bouzas Maneiro in what was a blowout victory. Yastremska, though, also looked very good in her first-round win versus Bejlek. She is ranked 60 spots higher than Tomljanovic (49 to 109) on the tour. The betting markets have her as a modest but not huge favorite.

Best Bet to Make

It’s possible that Tomljanovic could begin to catch fire after her strong first-round win, but she has not had a good year overall. It’s going to take more than one match to start trusting her from a betting standpoint. Yastremska has not had a great year, but she is generally a better player than Tomljanovic, and she does reasonably well on faster surfaces such as grass. She plays an aggressive, attacking game that plays well on grass. The moneyline price is reasonable.
