As ever, we at LWOT preview and predict the final match for you. But who will raise the trophy?<\/p>\n<h2>WTA Strasbourg Final Prediction<\/h2>\n<h4>Victoria Mboko vs Emma Navarro<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Head-to-Head<\/strong>: First Meeting<\/p>\n<p>Victoria Mboko, the top seed and just 19 years old, is taking giant strides in women&#8217;s tennis this year and <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/tennis\/2026\/05\/19\/wta-power-rankings-fench-open\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_self\">has an outsider&#8217;s chance at the French Open<\/a> should she be able to continue her form from this week. She faces the resurgent Emma Navarro who took an extended break this year after struggling with her health. The break seems to have rejuvenated her as she played her best match since the break in the semifinals here against Ann Li.<\/p>\n<p>Mboko has dominated this week and despite needing three sets in the semifinals, the Canadian has looked pretty solid throughout. Neither player has managed to protect their serve well seeing numerous breaks of serve throughout the week so expect a slugfest with multiple breaks of serve.<\/p>\n<p>Mboko is speedier of the two and she is not afraid to take risks from the baseline especially being aggressive from the backhand wing.
