Bronzetti won the round-of-16 match in straight sets, though the second set was 7-5. Lepchenko is pushing 40 in this match, while Bronzetti is only 27. What stands out most to me is their career record on clay. Bronzetti is 184-145 on clay, but Lepchenko is 222-153. Bronzetti is 4-6 in her last ten, and so is Lepchenko.

Best Bet to Make

It was a bit surprising to discover that Lepchenko was nearly a 4-1 underdog in this match. I truly thought that her ability on clay might be somewhat of a difference-maker, but it’s not like Lepchenko was so much better on clay that it demanded accounting. Bronzetti winning this match 2:0 has a solid return of 2.08, so this is the bet I would take.

That being said, betting on Bronzetti winning 2:0 is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: betting on Bronzetti winning 2:0 @2.08 @1xBet

Jorge – You: Time 10:00 EST

H2H: 1-0

Francisca Jorge will meet Xiaodi You for the second time in her career. Their first match was at a 2022 ITF-level event. You is coming off an impressive 40-26 year in 2025, and she’s done okay so far this year at 21-11 overall with a title at ITF Luan. Jorge was 41-28 in 2025, including a title. They both play at a similar level and largely in ITF events. Cross is just getting started with her play, as this is only her second year playing professionally. Sramkova has been playing here in France since 2017. It was only in 2022 that she broke past the qualification barrier. Sramkova might want to put her 23-31 2025 season to bed, but she’s 13-14 to start the year.

Best Bet to Make

Sramkova is just 5-5 in her last ten matches, but she is still very much a 4.5-1 favorite on many books. Cross is 6-4 in her last ten, but she’s largely been playing ITF tournaments with WTA events sprinkled here and there. You can mess around with low-return bets on a correct score or total games bet, but I think that would be putting the cart before the horse. Sramkova is just better than Cross, and I expect her to win by at least 5.5 games. This is likely a quick match with a low score.

That being said, betting on Sramkova -5.5 games is a value bet for sure.

Value bet/ the best odds: Sramkova -5.5 games @1.92 @1xBet

Main Photo Credit: Mike Frey-USA TODAY Sports

The WTA French Open women’s qualifying action continues.
