Podcast (October 24, 2017) – What’s up Internet? Today on Last Word SC Radio, we’re talking MLS Wednesday Knockout Round games.

Last Word SC Radio: MLS Wednesday Knockout Round Preview With Joe Goldstein and Joel Soria

In segment one, our good friend Joe Goldstein from Seeing Red stops by to talk New York Red Bulls. We discuss how RBNY finished up the season knowing they’d be the six seed. We discuss tactis and who Joe thinks needs to step up should Bradley Wright-Philips and Sacha Kljestian get cancelled out. The guys discuss how the defense will handle the Chicago Fire and Golden Boot winning Nemanja Nikolic. Joe ends with some pretty typical ‘Oh So Metro’ pesimism.

Then we have a San Jose Earthquakes super segment with Joel Soria. Matt and Dan talk about how the Quakes finally qualified for the playoffs for the first time since 2012. The guys discuss how the defense has come together and whether they’re #TeamBingham or #TeamTarbell. Joel provides insight on San Jose’s four headed attack and how they can play against Vancouver Whitecaps FC. We end the show with some epic hot takes.
