LA Galaxy Goalkeeper Brian Rowe Added To USMNT January Camp Roster

CARSON, CA (January 15, 2017) – LA Galaxy Goalkeeper Brian Rowe has been added to the U.S. Men’s National Team roster for January Camp. Head Coach Bruce Arena recalled him to replace the injured Bill Hamid. Rowe is joined by David Bingham, Nick Rimando, and Luis Robles on the goalkeeping squad.

This is Rowe’s first call up to the USMNT, at any level. The 28-year-old just completed his first season as the full time starter. He played in 31 regular season MLS games and he played every minute of the Galaxy’s playoff run. He recorded a 76.4% save percentage, one of the best in the league.

The USMNT will compete in two international friendlies during this camp. On January 29, they will play Serbia at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, CA. On February 3, they will make their first ever visit to Chattanooga, TN. They will play Jamaica at Finley Stadium.
