Aviva Premiership and Guinness Pro14 redux
Starting at Allianz Park, Owen Farrell (see main picture) had Wasps in peril from the start. Sarries forward power saw them ‘Owen’ing Wasps, for whom a double from Le Roux, wasn’t enough to see them through.
Exeter showed their class in a dominant display, which couldn’t have been more typical Exeter! They clipped the Falcons play-off wings…. without breaking a sweat. Even Thomas ‘the tank’ Waldrom steamed through to set up the final try, on his Sandy Park farewell.

On Friday at Scotstoun, the Scots were done in play offs, with a ruthless Patchell inspired Scarlets side romping home.
Finally in Dublin, Lowe’s magic made sure it was Leinster who finished the game on a high, seeing them progress to a ‘home’ final.
