‘In the Bin’ Rugby Pod; Ireland complete Grand Slam – Episode 29

'In The Bin' Rugby Pod - Season 1, Episode 29

The 2018 Six Nations came to a magnificent end this past weekend, with Ireland completing a thoroughly deserved Grand Slam. At ‘In the Bin’ rugby pod, we’d like to salute all the teams for another fantastic Championship.

Paddy and Andy are here to dissect the final weekend; and the tournament as a whole.

2018 Six Nations

There’s only one place we can possibly start this week and that is at Twickenham. This is where the ‘scummy Irish’ completed the final Furlong of their Grand Slam quest. With a superb performance, against a ‘rudderless England’ side.

Taking second place in the Championship (and also finishing above Eddie Jones’ England) were ‘a little s*#t place with about 3 million people’ as Wales edged, in a dull affair against France.

Scotland claimed third place rightfully. They finally found the right key against Allan, but in fairness it was a hugely encouraging performance from Italy, as they took Scotland the whole Hogg.

We will also talk you through our team of the Six Nations, grade each nation’s performance and discuss what they all need to do between now, and the Rugby World Cup in Japan next year.
