The evening prior, at <strong>Game Changer Wrestling<\/strong>&#8216;s <em><strong>The Art of War Games<\/strong><\/em>, Moxley shocked the fans in attendance, as well as those around the world, when he defeated <strong>Matt Cardona<\/strong> for the GCW World title. Entering <em>All Out<\/em> as a new champion, Moxley was able to best Kojima. The victor&#8217;s night wasn&#8217;t done, however. During this exchange, Moxley staggered, though the current GCW World Champion stayed with his elder. Forearms turned into kicks, which turned into lariats. Suzuki ultimately trapped Moxley in his patented rear-naked choke before planting him with the Gotch-style piledriver. Suzuki left Moxley laying, though it&#8217;s safe to say that this won&#8217;t be their final encounter.<\/p>\n<p>In early 2020, Minoru Suzuki was locked in a heated feud with Jon Moxley. The feud in question ultimately led to them facing off at <strong><em>NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka<\/em><\/strong>, where Moxley defended the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship against Suzuki. Despite the challenger&#8217;s best efforts, it was Moxley that walked away with the gold.
