As such, the <strong>Major League Wrestling<\/strong> star appeared and inserted himself, as well as other unannounced participants.<\/p>\n<p>The match was promoted as being the IWA World Heavyweight Champion <strong>Mr. Big<\/strong> vs <strong>Lightning<\/strong> vs <strong>Jay Cobbs<\/strong> vs <strong>Joe Bravo<\/strong> vs <strong>Spectro<\/strong>. The stipulation of this match, as mentioned earlier, was that former champions could enter the fray. Just weeks prior, <strong>King Muertes<\/strong>, known in the IWA as Ricky Banderas for many years, teased being a part of the match. Little did fans know that they would see a different MLW wrestler.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Went to Puerto Rico and won the Heavyweight Championship. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/AndNew?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">#AndNew<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/IWAPuertoRico?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@IWAPuertoRico<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/luchalibreonlin?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@luchalibreonlin<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Wzwa6NBDLJ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pic.twitter.com\/Wzwa6NBDLJ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Richard Holliday (@MostMarketable) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MostMarketable\/status\/1421881730764509192?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">August 1, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Prior to the match taking place, <strong>Court Bauer<\/strong> appeared in a pre-taped promo congratulating <strong>Savio Vega<\/strong> on the success of the event and re-affirming that there is a working alliance between the two.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Holliday is the seventh non-Puerto Rican champion behind the likes of the late <strong>Bison Smith<\/strong>, <strong>Mikael Judas,<\/strong> and inaugural IWA World Heavyweight Champion, <strong>&#8220;The Glamour Boy&#8221; <\/strong><strong>Shane Sewell<\/strong>. Holliday is the 76th champion.
