Ring of Honor<\/strong> returns to television this week, fresh off of the Survival of the Fittest<\/em><\/strong><\/a> finals. ROH TV #511 will feature The Briscoes<\/strong> squaring off in one on one action, and an ROH Pure Championship match. Let’s see what ROH has in store for us this week.<\/p>\n

Fight on the Farm: Mark Briscoe vs. Jay Briscoe<\/h3>\n

The most decorated tag team in Ring of Honor history, The Briscoes, will square off in one on one action this week. The brothers last squared off one on one at ROH TV #500 in a match that Mark Briscoe<\/strong> won by count-out. The brothers have not seen eye to eye and have not been up to their winning ways as of late. They unsuccessfully competed against Dragon<\/strong> Lee<\/strong> and Kenny<\/strong> King\u00a0<\/strong>with the number one contendership for the ROH World Tag Championship on the line at ROH TV #492. The brothers competed individually at 19th\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Anniversary<\/strong>. <\/em>Mark was unable to beat Flip<\/strong> Gordon<\/strong> while Jay Briscoe<\/strong> was able to defeat EC3<\/strong>. The duo lost a tag match to Gordon and EC3 at ROH TV #503 and neither men were able to win the rankings battle royal at ROH TV #504.<\/p>\n

Papa Briscoe<\/strong> has encouraged them to come back to their roots in Sandy Fork Delaware and settle their difference in a Fight on the Farm. Papa Briscoe seems to think returning to their roots will help them settle their differences. The brothers do not appear to feel the same way.
