{"id":92881,"date":"2021-06-02T15:00:14","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T19:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/?p=92881"},"modified":"2021-06-02T12:05:42","modified_gmt":"2021-06-02T16:05:42","slug":"stardom-road-to-tokyo-dream-cinderella","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2021\/06\/02\/stardom-road-to-tokyo-dream-cinderella\/","title":{"rendered":"Preview: Stardom &#8211; Road To Tokyo Dream Cinderella (6\/8\/21)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Stardom returns to Korakuen Hall ahead of the rescheduled Tokyo Dream Cinderella.\u00a0 This is a real one match card with <strong>Natsupoi\u00a0<\/strong>vs\u00a0<strong>Fukigen Death\u00a0<\/strong>for the High Speed title taking the main event spot but the undercard has some Future Of Stardom tournament action to dig our teeth into.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s take a look at the card for Stardom Road To Tokyo Dream Cinderella on June 8.<\/p>\n<h2>Stardom Road To Tokyo Dream Cinderella (6\/8\/21) Full Card<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Future Of Stardom Tournament 1st Round:\u00a0<\/strong>Rina vs Hina<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Future Of\u00a0 Stardom Tournament Semi-Final:\u00a0<\/strong>Mina Shirakawa vs Winner of Hina vs Rina<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0<strong>Future Of Stardom Tournament Semi-Final:\u00a0<\/strong>Hanan vs Unagi Sayaka<\/p>\n<p>Tam Nakano vs AZM vs Konami vs Lady C<\/p>\n<p>STARS (Mayu Iwatani, Starlight Kid &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2021\/05\/14\/koguma-returns-stardom-joins-stars\/\" target=\"_self\">Koguma<\/a>) vs Oedo Tai (Natsuko Tora, Ruaka &amp; Saki Kashima)<\/p>\n<p>Queen&#8217;s Quest (Momo Watanabe, AZM, &amp; Utami Hayashishita) vs Donna Del Mondo (Giulia, Maika &amp; Syuri)<\/p>\n<p><strong>High Speed Championship:\u00a0<\/strong>Natsupoi (c) vs Fukigen Death<\/p>\n<h3>Rina vs Hina<\/h3>\n<p>Rina makes her return to Stardom after she was abruptly pulled from a recent show.\u00a0 She comes back to face her twin sister Hina in a first round match in the tournament to crown the new Future Of Stardom champion.\u00a0 The twins are currently tied at 4-4 in their previous singles matches with Rina winning the last two.\u00a0 Rina is the more consistently pushed sister and will likely beat Hina here to extend her streak.<\/p>\n<h3>Mina Shirakawa vs Hina or Rina<\/h3>\n<p>Mina Shirakawa, in her 30s, is going to wrestle a child on this show in a match for the FUTURE of Stardom Championship.\u00a0 If that doesn&#8217;t tickle you in some way then we don&#8217;t know what will.\u00a0 Mina Shirakawa goes into this one as the obvious favorite but if Rina is her opponent we may see Oedo Tai get involved to cheat Rina to victory.<\/p>\n<h3>Hanan vs Unagi Sayaka<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/imgur.com\/3PS6DxP\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"source: imgur.com\" src=\"https:\/\/i.imgur.com\/3PS6DxP.jpg\" alt=\"Stardom Road To Tokyo Dream Cinderella Hanan vs Unagi Sayaka\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The tournament winner will likely come from this match as two of the most prominent performers in contention for the Future Of Stardom title collide in the semi-final.\u00a0 Hanan and Sayaka&#8217;s factions were at war months ago but due to personal issues, Hanan missed a lot of the war and has only shared the ring with Unagi Sayaka twice.\u00a0 Sayaka goes into this match as the favorite but this could steal the show as they have shown good chemistry in their previous encounters.\u00a0 Either way, the winner of this match will go on to win the tournament.<\/p>\n<h3>High Speed Championship: Natsupoi (c) vs Fukigen Death<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-92958\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/05\/Poi-vs-Fukigen.jpg\" alt=\"Natsupoi vs Fukigen Death Graphic\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/05\/Poi-vs-Fukigen.jpg 600w, https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2021\/05\/Poi-vs-Fukigen-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Natsupoi makes defense number two of her High Speed Championship against Oedo Tai&#8217;s Fukigen Death.\u00a0 The chances of Natsupoi losing are slim as her reign still has some legs but Fukigen Death and Oedo Tai can really pull off wins out of nowhere.\u00a0 Regardless this will be a good match as Death is entertaining and poi has been one of the standouts of Stardom this year.<\/p>\n<p><em>Stay tuned to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/\" target=\"_self\">Last Word on Pro Wrestling<\/a>\u00a0for more on this and other stories from around the world of wrestling as they develop.
