{"id":92089,"date":"2021-05-20T14:18:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-20T18:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/?p=92089"},"modified":"2021-05-20T14:18:00","modified_gmt":"2021-05-20T18:18:00","slug":"roh-womens-championship-tournament-announces-first-competitors","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2021\/05\/20\/roh-womens-championship-tournament-announces-first-competitors\/","title":{"rendered":"ROH Women&#8217;s Championship Tournament Announces First Competitors"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ring of Honor<\/strong> (ROH) has announced the first competitors for the Women&#8217;s Championship Tournament.\u00a0 Tickets to Gold have been given to <strong>Allysin<\/strong> <strong>Kae<\/strong>, <strong>Miranda<\/strong> <strong>Alize<\/strong>, <strong>Rok<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>C<\/strong>, and <strong>Trish<\/strong> <strong>Adora<\/strong>. <strong>Maria Kanellis<\/strong> gave the tickets to gold as part of her position on the ROH Board of Directors. <strong>Angelina Love<\/strong> also earned a first-round bye in the tournament due to the stipulations of her match against <strong>Quinn<\/strong> <strong>McKay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kae<\/strong> earned a ticket directly due to her veteran status. Kae has worked with Ring of Honor on and off throughout her career.<strong> Trish Adora<\/strong> competed against Miranda Alize on last week&#8217;s Women&#8217;s Division Wednesday. Alize was victorious in the matchup, but both competitors earned their way into the tournament. <strong>Rok-C<\/strong> debuted in ROH on the initial <strong>Women&#8217;s Divison Wednesday<\/strong>. She teamed with <strong>Max<\/strong> <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>Impaler<\/strong> to take on <strong>Laynie Luck<\/strong> and <strong>Hyan<\/strong>. The four competed until the time-limit draw. Maria Kanellis announced the tournament at <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2021\/03\/26\/ring-of-honor-womens-tournament-announced\/\" target=\"_self\"><em>19th Anniversary<\/em><\/a>. The tournament winner will be crowned the inaugural Ring of Honor Women\u2019s World Champion.
