{"id":90041,"date":"2021-04-23T17:13:38","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T21:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/?p=90041"},"modified":"2021-04-23T17:19:29","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T21:19:29","slug":"sarray-hideki-suzuki-wwe-pc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2021\/04\/23\/sarray-hideki-suzuki-wwe-pc\/","title":{"rendered":"Sarray &#038; Hideki Suzuki Headline International PC Recruit Class"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>WWE announced the most recent influx of talent to the Performance Center.\u00a0 This time it is exclusively international talent headlined by Sarray, <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2021\/04\/23\/sarray-set-to-leave-a-legendary-impact-in-nxt\/\" target=\"_self\">who has already made an impression on NXT<\/a>, and Hideki Suzuki, a veteran who is adding to the coaching team at the PC.\u00a0 Here&#8217;s a look at the entire class.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Jennifer Michell Cantu Iglesias<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A second-generation powerlifter Iglesias has been training to debut since 2019 and took part in a WWE tryout in 2019.\u00a0 Her father Bronco competed for Mexican giants CMLL.<\/p>\n<h2>Sanjana George<\/h2>\n<p>From India, George is a mixed martial artist with a 5-1 record.\u00a0 George has no wrestling experience<\/p>\n<h2>Sari Fujimura (Sarray)<\/h2>\n<p>Sarray has already made her presence felt on NXT during her debut against\u00a0<strong>Zoey Starke.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>She competed in Japan under the name Sareee primarily for\u00a0<strong>World Woman Pro Wrestling-Diana\u00a0<\/strong>before breaking out in 2019 when she became world champion\u00a0in\u00a0<strong>Sendai Girls\u00a0<\/strong>and became a double champion.\u00a0 Sarray was supposed to join WWE last year but COVID-19 stopped her in her tracks which allowed her to have a final run in Japan which was highlighted by her winning the\u00a0<strong>SEAdLINNNG\u00a0<\/strong>tag titles alongside\u00a0<strong>Yoshiko<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Hideki Suzuki<\/h2>\n<p>Suzuki has long been rumored to be joining WWE and it is now official as he joins the coaching team. Suzuki was trained by legendary wrestler <strong>Billy Robinson\u00a0<\/strong>and worked primarily for the MMA influenced\u00a0<strong>Inoki Genome Federation\u00a0<\/strong>in his early days.\u00a0 He kept this style and brought it everywhere he worked be it\u00a0<strong>ZERO1<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Big Japan Wrestling<\/strong>, or\u00a0<strong>Pro Wrestling NOAH<\/strong>.\u00a0 Suzuki was heavily decorated during his time in Japan winning the BJW Heavyweight title twice, the ZERO1 World Heavyweight Championship, and the WRESTLE-1 title among others.<\/p>\n<h2>Matt Farrelly (Matty Wahlberg)<\/h2>\n<p>Farrelly was <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2021\/03\/14\/report-wwe-signs-steph-de-lander-matty-wahlberg\/\" target=\"_self\">recently rumored to be heading to WWE<\/a> and it has now been made official.\u00a0 Farrelly competed all over Australia winning gold in <strong>Newy Pro<\/strong>,<strong> Future Wrestling Australia<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Wrestling GO!<\/strong> while competing for major promotions all over the country.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Stephanie De Landre (<\/strong>Steph De Lander)<\/h2>\n<p>Another name that has been linked to WWE for a long time is the former Steph De Lander.\u00a0 Landre took part in <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2019\/06\/06\/wwes-uk-womens-tryout-participants\/\" target=\"_self\">WWE&#8217;s women&#8217;s only tryout<\/a> in the UK and has been on their radar ever since.\u00a0 Landre is the current Newy Pro women&#8217;s champion and also held the MCW and VPW women&#8217;s championships.\u00a0 Landre has competed in the U.S. for independent trail blazers <strong>SHIMMER Wrestling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Stay tuned to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/\" target=\"_self\">Last Word on Pro Wrestling<\/a>\u00a0for more on this and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
