MLW<\/strong> returns with another episode of FUSION<\/strong>! This week sees many of MLW’s top talents in action, with two MLW titles on the line. Richard Holliday<\/strong> will also be in action, defending the IWA<\/strong> Caribbean Heavyweight Championship. Our focus is on the MLW National Openweight Championship match between Alex Hammerstone<\/strong> and Mil Muertes<\/strong>. With that, let’s dive into tonight’s MLW FUSION!<\/p>\n

MLW National Openweight Championship: Alex Hammerstone (c) vs. Mil Muertes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

MLW National Openweight Champion Alex Hammerstone continues to prove himself a fighting champion, but this week he faces, hands down, his toughest test in Mil Muertes. Since his arrival in MLW, Muertes has destroyed everyone in his path. Muertes attacked Hammerstone after he successfully defended his belt against LA Park<\/strong>, stealing the belt in the process.<\/p>\n

Since MLW returned, I have been saying Hammerstone would drop the belt and face MLW World Heavyweight Champion Jacob Fatu<\/strong><\/a>. I have since changed my stance; Hammerstone will face Fatu for the belt, but he will still hold the MLW National Openweight Championship when he does. I believe Muertes will take Hammerstone to his limit, but Hammerstone will ultimately come out on top. Either way, these two will deliver an incredible battle.<\/p>\n
