With IMPACT Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling currently working together, many fans are hoping to one day see the two promotions work together to deliver a co-promoted show.\u00a0 We decided to take a look at what and IMPACT vs AEW show could look like while trying to be reasonable and not just book unrealistic dream matches where neither company would let someone lose.<\/p>\n
Violent By Design are the newest stable on the prowl in IMPACT Wrestling.\u00a0 Lead by Eric Young and anchored by the brute strength of Joe Doering they are a threat to absolutely anybody.\u00a0 They could provide opposition for the shows opening contest against the popular and talented Jurassic Express trio.\u00a0 The potential for hoss fighting greatness from Luchasaurus and Doering is enough to make us want this match badly.<\/p>\n
One of the most exhilarating and career-threatening stipulations in IMPACT wrestling would make for a perfect addition to an IMPACT vs AEW show.\u00a0 IMPACT’s X-Division is home to excellent wrestlers like Bey and Austin, them getting to mix it up with some of AEW’s premier flyers like Fenix and Guevara would be an absolute thrill to see.<\/p>\n
The brand new IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Champions have already been running their mouths and throwing shots at AEW’s tag tournament winners.\u00a0 The two teams could collide on any crossover show, either with the titles on the line or in non-title action.\u00a0 Since winning the tag team tournament Diamante and Ivelisse have mostly spent time on DARK so AEW should have no issues letting IMPACT’s champions come away with the win here.<\/p>\n
This one should be an obvious addition.\u00a0 Former teammates as part of the Switchblade Conspiracy it has been a long time since these two have crossed paths.\u00a0 Since their time together both have become grizzled and more twisted.\u00a0 If allowed to explore their roots this could stand out as the most violent match on the card.<\/p>\n
The Knockouts Champion is known for one thing and one thing only, her cocky attitude.\u00a0 Her counterpart on AEW is Dr. Britt Baker who has spent much of the last year running her mouth.\u00a0 While a match like\u00a0Hikaru Shida\u00a0<\/strong>vs Deonna Purrazzo may not be able to come to fruition we imagine AEW would be more than happy to offer up Baker to the Virtuosa.<\/p>\n After\u00a0Hard To Kill\u00a0<\/em>it’s hard to imagine the Machine Guns are finished with the Good Brothers, especially as\u00a0Alex Shelley\u00a0<\/strong>was unable to take part in the match.\u00a0 The re-aligned Buller Club tag teams could team up here to take on the IMPACT home team of Swann, his friend Mack and the Machine Guns.\u00a0 Seeing the Bucks and the Machine Guns share a ring again is already a tantalizing prospect.\u00a0 Add Mack and Swann to that fray with Anderson and Gallows and you have a match worthy of main eventing any show.<\/p>\n At Hard To Kill we saw Moose put in a star-making performance opposite Omega, Anderson, and Gallows.\u00a0 If the companies involved wanted to he and Omega could have a high profile title clash.\u00a0 Omega has proven time and again to be the Best Bout Machine, giving him a fresh opponent like Moose to work with would be exciting to see.\u00a0 Moose has also shown that he can put in the work in the ring when he needs to and he would no doubt step up here and get himself over as a star, even in defeat.<\/p>\n Stay tuned to\u00a0Last Word on Pro Wrestling<\/a>\u00a0for more on this and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
