Scurll will be the World Champion when the promotion <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/2017\/09\/30\/wcpw-re-branding-defiant-wrestling-wade-barrett-new-gm\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rebrands in December as <strong>Defiant Wrestling<\/strong><\/a> (unless he loses it by then). With his 156-day reign, Hendry had just passed <strong>Drew Galloway<\/strong> (aka <strong>Drew McIntyre<\/strong>) as the longest reigning WCPW World Champion (Galloway held it for 150 days).
