Every month, our own Scott Edwards compiles his own list of the best WWE matches of each month. From Raw, SmackDown, and NXT, the options are seemingly endless. The matches will include ones you may not think about as well as one\u2019s you hear about on social media as soon as they finish. PPV or TV, these matches will be the best of the best from the previous month of WWE action and receive a rating out of 100. (DISCLAIMER: This list is subjective and is compiled exclusively by Scott Edwards; there will obviously be matches he may have missed that you may feel deserve credit \u2013 we encourage you to list some of your best matches of the month in the comments section below to help add to the list!)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\"\"\"\"\"\"WWE had one incredible month of matches in October and needed a lot of things to go right to match it or beat it, in November. And while October may be seen as their superior showing all year for matches, November was not slacking. Here are the best matches of the month for November.<\/p>\n

Keith Lee vs. Sheamus vs. Braun Strowman (Raw, 11\/2\/20)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As we got ready for the Survivor Series<\/em><\/strong> event, Keith Lee<\/strong>, Sheamus<\/strong>, and Braun Strowman<\/strong> all prepared to prove they were the dominant force of the Raw brand. Eventually, Strowman won this match, but what it delivered was impressive hard-hitting action in a match worthy of being on PPV. Lee hit a scary splash over the top rope onto both men, having what was one of his more special outings since being called up to the main roster. If you enjoy hoss fights, this is one for you.<\/p>\n

Ember Moon vs. Dakota Kai (NXT, 11\/ 4\/20)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ember Moon<\/strong> has been on another level since returning to NXT, having match after match worthy of your attention. The best, however, is the one she had with Dakota Kai<\/strong> on NXT television early in November. Both women showed desperation as a loss could derail their chances of contending for the NXT Women’s Championship down the line. After a battle that lasted over 15 minutes, Kai was able to steal the win and put the first cog of multiple in Moon’s hope to rise up the ladder. NXT tends to give us one or two excellent TV matches a month, this was no different.<\/p>\n

Rating: 75\/100<\/em><\/p>\n

SmackDown Women’s Championship: Sasha Banks (c) vs. Bayley (SmackDown, 11\/6\/20)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Death, taxes, Sasha Banks<\/strong> vs. Bayley<\/strong> deliver in on any stage. These are the only guarantees in life and they showed that again as they competed in the highest viewed segment on SmackDown all year. In doing so, they closed their most recent chapter with Banks successfully defending her SmackDown Women’s Championship, marking the first successful defense of her main roster career. This didn’t top their Hell in a Cell<\/em><\/strong> match, but it’s one of the best TV matches you will see.<\/p>\n

Rating: 79\/100<\/em><\/p>\n

NXT Women’s Championship: Io Shirai (c) vs. Rhea Ripley (NXT, 11\/18\/20)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

NXT had one major match we hadn’t seen between current stars on the roster. That match was Io Shirai<\/strong> vs. Rhea Ripley<\/strong> for the NXT Women’s Championship. The build was perfect, as it was Shirai calling out Ripley to help herself prove she is the dominant champion she wants to be. These two went on to have a complete war with one another, ending with a perfect bang-bang finish as Ripley just beat the countout following a Shirai powerbomb onto the announce table. Shirai then came crashing down with a picture-perfect moonsault to win and show she is the undeniable top woman in NXT and maybe even WWE. It’s a must-see bout.<\/p>\n

The New Day vs. The Street Profits (Survivor Series, 11\/22\/20)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tag team excellence. A phrase not always used when talking about WWE simply due to it’s continuous struggles with fielding enough teams or caring about the division as a whole. But when you put the two best teams in WWE today, The New Day<\/strong> and The Street Profits<\/strong>, head-to-head, you are guaranteed something of must-see caliber television. Serving as one of the best tags in wrestling all year, these two teams reminded us all of what good tag team wrestling can be. The Profits ended up taking the win from Kofi Kingston<\/strong> and Xavier Woods<\/strong>, supplanting themselves atop of WWE as the best team. Can’t recommend this one enough.<\/p>\n

Asuka vs. Sasha Banks (Survivor Series, 11\/22\/20)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

No surprise here. For much of this year, we have seen Asuka<\/strong> vs. Sasha Banks on these lists as they show incredible chemistry against one another. This was another instance where they showed up to put a show on for the fans at home, this time both as champions. Survivor Series<\/em> was an opportunity for both to show who was the “best of the best.” In the end, it was Banks who got the last laugh by pinning Asuka in the middle of the ring for the three. We can watch them go anytime because we know they will put together with excellence every single outing.<\/p>\n

Rating: 78\/100<\/p>\n

Drew McIntyre vs. Roman Reigns (Survivor Series, 11\/22\/20)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A match no one expected to actually happen ended up being one of the most brutal battles of the year in WWE. WWE Champion vs. Universal Champion, Drew McIntyre<\/strong> and Roman Reigns<\/strong> went to war to show who was the true face of the company. In doing so, it showed that these two men were far ahead of the rest of the pack when it comes to the men’s side of things, delivering jaw-dropping moments that would put any fan on their feet. From McIntyre’s resiliency, facing spear after spear, to Reigns’ continuous frustration of McIntyre’s repeated kick-outs, it was a match made for the present-day wrestling fan. Eventually, Jey Uso<\/strong> and a low blow would help spell the end for McIntyre, but for anyone fans of these two men or big-time feels in their wrestling matches, this is the one for you. A perfect match to wrap up November.<\/p>\n
