While the second show’s attendance was lowered due to Illinois safety protocol and such protocol will be followed moving forward, AAW still presented a great show then and are looking to make it a threepeat on November 12th. The show includes two huge championship matches, a very exciting women’s tag team match, and much much more.

Bear Country vs. XXXL (Ace Romero & Larry D)

First up is the AAW debut of Bear Bronson and Bear Boulder, better known simply as Bear Country. The duo, best known for their appearances in Beyond Wrestling, Chaotic Wrestling, and CZW, are looking to make a name for themselves against the IMPACT Wrestling team of XXXL. This will be far from an easy accomplishment, as Ace Romero has been a recurring fixture in AAW since his debut in 2018, and he, alongside Larry D, will likely be a force to be reckoned with in the AAW ring. Regardless of who walks away with the win, this has all the makings of a hoss fight like no other on Thursday the 12th.

Ace Perry vs. Brayden Lee

Next up is a battle of two Indiana natives when Ace Perry meets Brayden Lee in singles action. After debuting in an impromptu four-way match at ALIVE #2, Lee is getting his first singles match in the company, an opportunity that many young wrestlers could only dream of this soon into their AAW tenure. Meanwhile, Ace Perry is looking for his elusive first singles win in the company since a dark match all the way back in February 2019. One man will walk away with an all-important mark in the win column, and the other must continue their losing streak for a while longer.

Myron Reed vs. Tre Lamar

In a very recent addition to the card, two of wrestling’s best young high fliers will face off in what will likely be an incredible matchup. While this isn’t the first time these men have met in the ring, this is their first matchup against one another in AAW. Not only that, this will mark Tre Lamar’s first appearance in AAW to date, making him a bit of an underdog against a tenured AAW competitor like Myron Reed. This high-speed matchup will also make for a great contrast to other matches on the card and could turn out to be the match of the night for ALIVE #3.

Christi Jaynes & Skye Blue vs. Hyan & Sierra

In one of the most interesting matches of the night, four women who have truly carried the AAW women’s division in recent times will all meet in tag team action. Christi Jaynes and Skye Blue will team up for the first time to battle Hyan and Sierra, the latter of whom is the replacement for Elayna Black who was deemed unable to compete just a day before the show. While Ryan could be considered the Ace of AAW’s women’s division in Kris Stadtlander’s absence, all four women have risen their stock and could all be contenders for the AAW Women’s Championship whenever it is reintroduced to the company. With that being said, whichever team walks away from this match with the victory will truly cement themselves as the top dogs in the growing women’s division.

Jake Something vs. Fred Yehi

Another recent addition to the card sees Jake Something and Fred Yehi face off for the first time ever on this growingly stacked night of action. Two men who could be at the top of the card at any moment battling it out to prove their abilities to themselves, the audience, and each other. Recently, both men were unable to walk away with a win in their respective matchups at AAW ALIVE #2, so this could set either man back on the fast track to great opportunities in the coming months. Will Yehi be able to use his unparalleled technical ability to overcome his larger opponent, or will Jake Something overpower the Savageweight?

Stephen Wolf vs. Trey Miguel

In a match that was supposed to take place at ALIVE #2 but didn’t due to scheduling conflicts, the former Air Buds will have their first and quite possibly last singles match on November 12th. With the Rascalz impending departure from Impact Wrestling leaving their future in question, this match’s importance increased tenfold for many AAW fans. The Air Buds, who were main fixtures in AAW’s tag team division back in 2017, have never stood across the ring from one another, making this a true wildcard of a match. Is this Trey Miguel’s AAW departure, or is this only the beginning of a rivalry between the two former tag partners?

AAW Tag Team Championship Match: Ace Austin & Madman Fulton (C) vs. Besties in the World (Mat Fitchett and Davey Vega)

In a rematch from ALIVE #1 back in early October, the Besties in the World will attempt to reclaim their prized possessions when they challenge Ace Austin and Madman Fulton for the AAW Tag Team Titles. After shockingly losing the belts to the IMPACT duo well over a month ago, the Aces of the AAW tag division questioned what’s next for them in AAW and promptly pursued another shot at the belts they lost. Could the Besties prove their loss was just a fluke, or will they be forced to move away from the titles that have defined their careers thus far?

AAW Heavyweight Championship Match: Mance Warner vs. Hakim Zane

The main event of the evening will see a match with major ramifications riding on its outcome as Mance Warner defends his Heavyweight Title against reigning Heritage Champion, Hakim Zane. After Zane scored a victory over the Champ in the main event of ALIVE #2, the challenge was made and accepted, giving Zane a path to becoming the first-ever double singles champion in AAW history. While Mance is undoubtedly presented as the toughest wrestler on the roster, Hakim Zane has been riding a constant wave of momentum for over a year now and could make history at ALIVE #3. Will Mance be able to continue his reign at the top of the hill, or will AAW’s resident spoiler become an undisputed champion on October 12th?

Stay tuned to the Last Word on Pro Wrestling for more on this and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
