In an interview with PWInsider Tony Khan<\/a> revealed two more new signings to the\u00a0All Elite Wrestling (AEW)\u00a0<\/strong>roster.\u00a0 The newly christened tag team The Acclaimed which features indie talents\u00a0Anthony Bowens\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Max Caster\u00a0<\/strong>who recently paired up on\u00a0AEW Dark\u00a0<\/em>and earned rave reviews.<\/p>\n

“The 5-Tool Player” Anthony Bowens recently vacated the WrestlePro championship which led to speculation that the former NXT enhancement talent had signed with AEW.\u00a0 Bowens was notable injured during a match against the Authors Of Pain\u00a0<\/strong>when he served as an enhancement talent on NXT.\u00a0 The openly gay<\/a> Bowens isn’t just known for this one NXT appearance as he was a successful name on the indies where he was a three time WrestlePro Champion, he also wrestled for\u00a0Beyond Wrestling\u00a0<\/strong>as part of their Uncharted territory series, and he has even wrestled under an\u00a0IMPACT! Wrestling\u00a0<\/strong>banner.<\/p>\n

His new The Acclaimed team mate Max Caster is a graduate of the very successful Create-A-Pro Wrestling Academy who has been noted for his charisma in the past.\u00a0 Caster has also wrestled for Beyond Wrestling, as well as for\u00a0Combat Zone Wrestling\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0A Matter Of Pride Wrestling<\/strong>.\u00a0 “Platinum” may not have the buzz that a complete package like Bowens does but you’d be a fool to overlook a charismatic talent like him.<\/p>\n

The Acclaimed are another great addition to AEW’s growing roster.\u00a0 Not content to cherry pick the superindies AEW has done their research and unearthed a number of gems like Wardlow<\/strong>, The Acclaimed may be their next big hit<\/p>\n
