{"id":77915,"date":"2020-10-26T10:28:35","date_gmt":"2020-10-26T14:28:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/?p=77915"},"modified":"2020-10-26T10:31:17","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T14:31:17","slug":"wwe-monday-night-raw-10-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2020\/10\/26\/wwe-monday-night-raw-10-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Preview: WWE \u2013 Monday Night RAW (10\/26\/2020)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The weeks keep flying by.\u00a0 <strong>WWE<\/strong>&#8216;s flagship show returns once more.\u00a0 Fresh off the heels of a <strong>RAW<\/strong> that saw <strong>Mustafa Ali<\/strong>&#8216;s <strong>Retribution<\/strong> defeated, a <strong>Keith Lee<\/strong>\/<strong>Braun Strowman<\/strong> match ended in controversy and the end of <strong>Lana<\/strong>&#8216;s hopes of capturing a first championship, RAW has some work to do.\u00a0 Additionally, there is the fallout from <em><strong>Hell in a Cell<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 As always with a PPV, the landscape has been changed and there is much to discuss.\u00a0 Many believed last week&#8217;s RAW was very forgettable, which is a shame.\u00a0<strong> SmackDown<\/strong> has been in form for weeks now, so RAW must improve.\u00a0 So, does the red brand have a show that offers chance of improvement this week? Let&#8217;s find out!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Elias and Jeff Hardy\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Last week, <strong>Elias<\/strong> continued to accuse <strong>Jeff Hardy<\/strong> of being responsible for the hit and run incident a few months back.\u00a0 In response, Jeff Hardy swung an electric guitar at his head.\u00a0 Thankfully, he missed.\u00a0 It is time for both men to face the music and realize there&#8217;s more that unites them than divides them.\u00a0 The feud is silly and no more words are necessary in a rivalry where neither man is responsible for the other&#8217;s misfortunes.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Braun Strowman and Keith Lee Feud to Continue<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Last week, we were promised monster mayhem, with Keith Lee meeting Braun Strowman in the ring.\u00a0 This time, with thanks to a low blow, Strowman was successful.\u00a0 Given the defeat and, quite frankly, the manner of it, Lee will be looking for revenge.\u00a0 As mentioned in the preview last week, this feud benefits neither man.\u00a0 Since debuting, Keith Lee&#8217;s limitless potential has been squandered by WWE booking.\u00a0 Meanwhile, Strowman has been ice cold for months now.\u00a0 Lee is far less damaged goods right now and has all the tools necessary to be a bonified star in the company, so hopefully he can pull off a big victory over Strowman soon.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Randy Orton to Celebrate Hell in a Cell Victory<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Randy Orton<\/strong> pulled off an upset at <em>Hell in a Cell<\/em>.\u00a0 Widely expected to put over <strong>Drew McIntyre<\/strong> once more, the Legend Killer found a way to overcome his Scottish adversary and reclaim the WWE Championship for a tenth time.\u00a0 No doubt, the Legend Killer will want to celebrate his success on this coming RAW; to reign in a new era for RAW.\u00a0 Of course, McIntyre will be looking for revenge and an opportunity to win back his championship.\u00a0 Expect Orton to deny his demands.\u00a0 Additionally, <strong>The Miz<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonsports.com\/prowrestling\/2020\/10\/25\/the-miz-wins-mitb-briefcase-tucker-turns\/\" target=\"_self\">won the <em><strong>Money in the Bank<\/strong> <\/em><\/a>briefcase from <strong>Otis<\/strong> last night.\u00a0 With the help from <strong>John Morrison<\/strong> and new ally, <strong>Tucker<\/strong>, Miz might have all the tools necessary to complete a successful cash-in on Orton in the near future.\u00a0 Orton will be threatening Miz and warning him to stay away.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Fiend and Alexa Bliss to Appear<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With <strong>The Fiend<\/strong> taking out<strong> RETRIBUTION<\/strong> just last week, it appears he&#8217;s currently leaning towards the &#8220;heal&#8221; of his &#8220;hurt&#8221; and &#8220;heal&#8221; split personality.\u00a0 He is probably about to enter into a feud with the revolutionary RETRIBUTION, but it should be noted, also, that Fiend has plenty of history with RAW&#8217;s new top champion.\u00a0 Can we expect something resembling a feud between Randy Orton and The Fiend?
