B Block of the G1 Climax kicks off with a huge main event of\u00a0Hiroshi Tanahashi\u00a0<\/strong>vs\u00a0Tetsuya Naito<\/strong>. We also have a highly anticipated clash between\u00a0KENTA\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Hirooki Goto\u00a0<\/strong>to look forward to.\u00a0 Let’s get into the card for Day 2 of the G1 Climax 30.<\/p>\n

Juice Robinson vs YOSHI-HASHI<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Robinson makes his return to Japan against YOSHI-HASHI who has spent the past few months winning the NEVER Six-Man Championships.\u00a0 Look for Robinson to re-introduce himself to the NJPW audience by getting an emphatic win here.<\/p>\n

Toru Yano vs SANADA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Yano is likely to pull off a surprise at any stage of the tournament thanks to his ingenuity and day 1 of the block is often silly season as far as results go so Yano beating SANADA here shouldn’t shock any long time NJPW fan.\u00a0 SANADA is sure to finish high in the block as he is a fixture of the upper mid-card but matches like this give him an easy out to drop points.<\/p>\n

Hirooki Goto vs KENTA<\/strong><\/h3>\n

KENTA makes his return to Japan after winning the New Japan Cup USA.\u00a0 He takes on the man who beat him at Wrestle Kingdom earlier this year in Hirooki Goto.\u00a0 Goto dethroned KENTA and took his NEVER Openweight Championship on that day after also defeating KENTA in the Tag League.\u00a0 KENTA will be looking to avenge this and get his tournament off to a hot start<\/p>\n

Zack Sabre Jr vs EVIL<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Members of the two heel factions in NJPW collide in what should be a match full of shithousery.\u00a0 ZSJ will need to use all of his technical prowess to get the win but EVIL will surely have Bullet Club waiting in the wings to help him out.<\/p>\n

Hiroshi Tanahashi vs Tetsuya Naito<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A big main event of day 1 between two men who have a lot of history with one another.\u00a0 In 2017 they feuded over the IWGP intercontinental Championship and met in the G1.\u00a0 Naito won that feud 2-1 and the two have mostly been kept separate since then.\u00a0 Since that series Naito has gotten better and ascended to the top of NJPW while Tanahashi has seen age catch up on him.\u00a0 Can Tanahashi prove that he can still hang at the top of NJPW or will Naito get a strong win to start this tournament.<\/p>\n
