The two would win the WWE tag team championships in 2015 but would inevitably split, Young would eventually be managed by\u00a0<strong>Bob Backlund\u00a0<\/strong>in an attempt to &#8220;make Darren Young great again&#8221; but it never took off and he was released in 2017.\u00a0 Rosser made headlines during his time with WWE for publicly coming out as gay<\/p>\n<p>Rosser has stuck with wrestling although his most high profile indie work to date is for\u00a0<strong>CHIKARA\u00a0<\/strong>as he competed in their King Of Trios tournament alongside two other former Nexus members.\u00a0 With 18 years of experience, Fred Rosser has the opportunity to prove that he can hang in an NJPW ring with some of the best wrestlers in the US<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Last Word on Pro Wrestling<\/a>\u00a0for more on this and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
