The final four would be between Kylie Rae, Taya Valkyrie, Rosemary, and Kimber Lee. Rae added another elimination to her long list as she cleared Lee outside of the ring and was then double team by the duo of Valkyrie and Rosemary. A mistake by Taya resulted in the elimination of Rosemary, leaving the second entry, Kylie Rae, and the longest-reigning Knockouts Champion in history Taya Valkyre to decide the new No. 1 contender. Rae eliminated Valkyrie to win the match.

While the winner, Kylie Rae came in at two, it was Tasha Steelz who kicked off the match. The third entry was Taya Valkyrie, but it turned out to be John E. Bravo dressed as Taya as she was clearly angry with being the third entry of the night. Kimber Lee and Kiera Hogan followed. Susie was next and ran to help aid Rae when Hogan and Steelz teamed up on her. The first elimination of the match came at the hands of Kylie Rae as she superkicked Tasha Steelz off the top rope and to the outside. The rest of the order for the entrants was Katie Forbes, Havok, Taya Valkyrie (as herself), Madison Rayne, Alisha Edwards, Nevaeh, Rosemary, and John E.
