To compete with All Elite Wrestling<\/strong>‘s two-week Fyter Fest<\/em> event, NXT<\/strong> countered with a jaw-dropping two weeks of a special known as The Great American Bash<\/em><\/strong><\/a>. In week one, NXT was highlighted by Io Shirai<\/strong> vs. Sasha Banks<\/strong> in the main event. Week two, however, saw the biggest match in the brand’s decade long history as NXT North American Champion Keith Lee<\/strong> faced off with NXT Champion Adam Cole<\/strong> to crown the first double singles champion in brand history (Adam Cole had previously won the NXT Tag Team titles while NXT North American Champion). And with the show over, there is a new champion and his name is Keith Lee.<\/p>\n
