Cage was accompanied to the ring by AEW announcer <strong>Taz<\/strong>. In June of 2008, he signed with WWE to a developmental deal and spent two years at <strong>Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW)<\/strong> before being released just over a year later. He returned to the indies, working for <strong>Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Championship Wrestling From Hollywood (CWFH)<\/strong>, and Las Vegas&#8217; <strong>Future Stars of Wrestling (FSW)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Brian Cage RETURNS and Goes on a Rampage! | IMPACT! In January of 2018, he signed with IMPACT Wrestling, quickly winning the IMPACT X-Divison Championship. At <em><strong>IMPACT Rebellion<\/strong><\/em> in April of 2019, he defeated <strong>Johnny Impact<\/strong> (John Morrison) for the IMPACT World title, holding it for 180-days. He lost it to <strong>Sami Callihan<\/strong> in October of last year.
