Once again, it is time for the weekly <strong>AEW Dynamite<\/strong> preview.\u00a0 We have a stacked card once again, so another glorious night of wrestling awaits.\u00a0 Last week, we got the hilarious combination of <strong>&#8220;Broken&#8221; Matt Hardy<\/strong> and <strong>Kenny Omega<\/strong> as a tag team.\u00a0 If you enjoyed this Broken, Elite duo, then you will be happy to know they are teaming up for another main event.\u00a0 Want to know more? You are in the right place.\u00a0 Let&#8217;s jump in!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Lance Archer &amp; Jake Roberts Will Appear<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68220\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/05\/Lance-Archer-Jake-Roberts-Appear-e1589213956934.jpg\" alt=\"AEW\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Last week, <strong>Jake &#8220;The Snake&#8221; Roberts<\/strong> began the mind games with <strong>Cody<\/strong>.\u00a0 Proving he is not a watered down version of his classic character, he unleashed his python onto <strong>Brandi Rhodes<\/strong>.\u00a0 This, of course, was obviously done with the intention of getting to Cody &#8211; ahead of his TNT Championship tournament final bout against Lance Archer.\u00a0 This week, Archer and Roberts are billed to appear together once more.\u00a0 Be sure to expect the continuation of this feud and potentially some more ophidian shenanigans.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy &amp; Luchasaurus) vs Best Friends (Trent &amp; Chuck Taylor)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Two weeks ago, <strong>Best Friends<\/strong> (<strong>Trent<\/strong> and <strong>Chuck Taylor<\/strong>) overcame the odds to defeat <strong>Jimmy Havoc<\/strong> and <strong>Kip Sabian<\/strong>.\u00a0 The match &#8211; a brutal no disqualification bout &#8211; further demonstrated the chemistry which makes them Best Friends.\u00a0 This week, they square off against two very good friends (obviously they are not the &#8220;best friends&#8221;) in <strong>Jurassic Express<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong> Jungle Boy<\/strong> and <strong>Luchasaurus<\/strong> last teamed up on March 18.\u00a0 They successfully defeated<strong> The Butcher<\/strong> and <strong>The Blade<\/strong>.\u00a0 Can they overcome the power of friendship and beat the bestest of Best Friends? Tune in to find out.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Brodie Lee vs Christopher Daniels<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68222\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/05\/Brodie-Lee-vs-Christopher-Daniel-e1589213974124.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brodie Lee<\/strong> has won all four of his matches since debuting for AEW Dynamite a couple of months ago.\u00a0 More impressively, only one of these matches lasted more than three minutes (<strong>Marko Stunt<\/strong>, 3:08).\u00a0 Perhaps his upcoming match against a veteran of the game &#8211; <strong>Christopher Daniels<\/strong> &#8211; will go further.\u00a0 However, Lee must keep one eye on Daniels and another on AEW Champion, <strong>Jon Moxley<\/strong>.\u00a0 Last week, Lee and the <strong>Dark Order<\/strong> attacked Mox; stealing his title in the process.\u00a0 One must think that a vengeful Moxley will be seeking revenge against his long-time <strong>CZW<\/strong>, <strong>WWE<\/strong> and now <strong>AEW<\/strong> foe.\u00a0 Do not miss this.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Penelope Ford vs Kris Statlander vs Hikaru Shida vs Britt Baker<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68223\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/05\/Hikaru-Shida-vs-Penelope-Ford-vs-Kris-Statlander-vs-Britt-Baker-e1589214234475.jpg\" alt=\"AEW\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hikaru Shida<\/strong>, <strong>Penelope Ford<\/strong>, <strong>Kris Statlander<\/strong> and <strong>Dr. Britt Baker DMD<\/strong> meet in the ring for a fatal-four-way match.\u00a0 The women&#8217;s division has come under scrutiny recently, mostly for how management has handled the booking of the women&#8217;s division.\u00a0 There is no denying the quality of a division laced with talent and they will be looking to prove it this week.\u00a0 Dr. Britt Baker&#8217;s most recent match was a quick victory over <strong>Cassandra Golden<\/strong> last month.\u00a0 However, Shida has defeated Baker on two occasions.\u00a0 To make matters worse for Britt Baker (did you know she&#8217;s a dentist?), Kris Statlander also defeated her last year.\u00a0 Shida has also defeated Ford and Statlander (as well as AEW&#8217;s inaugural Women&#8217;s Champion, Riho) in a fatal four way.\u00a0 Hikaru Shida is certainly the favorite, but in a match where anybody can be pinned, it&#8217;s anyone&#8217;s guess who wins this one.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>MJF&#8217;s Return Match<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68226\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/05\/MJF-Return-e1589214347198.jpg\" alt=\"AEW\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the comeback story dubbed by <strong>Shawn Spears<\/strong> as &#8220;better than a 30 for 30 special&#8221;, <strong>Maxwell Jacob Friedman<\/strong> makes his long-awaited return to the ring.\u00a0 What a comeback story this has been.\u00a0 A career-threatening injury to his nail has been completely reversed; with his nail now cleared as &#8220;stronger than ever&#8221;.\u00a0 Utterly amazing.\u00a0 This comeback proves that no matter how serious the injury, there is always hope of a return.\u00a0 This is an utterly inspiring story which continues this week.\u00a0 Who will face the rejuvenated MJF? We will have to wait and see.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jon Moxley Wants His Title Back<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>https:\/\/twitter.com\/i\/status\/1259634323692507136<\/p>\n<p>As mentioned earlier in the preview, Jon Moxley&#8217;s title has been stolen.\u00a0 Brodie Lee led the assault on Moxley, before walking away with the AEW Championship.\u00a0 Moxley wants his title back and will be calling Brodie Lee out to get it.\u00a0 Expect a brawl.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Chris Jericho vs Suge D<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68250\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/05\/Suge-D-vs-Chris-Jerichp-e1589231059748.jpg\" alt=\"AEW\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pineapple Pete&#8221;<strong> Suge D<\/strong> faces off against &#8220;Le Champion&#8221; <strong>Chris Jericho<\/strong>.\u00a0 If you have been tuning in with the volume turned up, you will have noticed the hilarity of Jericho attempting to pronounce Suge D&#8217;s name on commentary.\u00a0 Now Suge D has the opportunity of a lifetime.\u00a0 A childhood fan of <strong>WCW Nitro<\/strong>, &#8220;Pineapple Pete&#8221; feels AEW Dynamite is his chance of fulfilling his dream.\u00a0 Jericho will no doubt have been one of Nitro&#8217;s stars a young Suge D will have wanted to face, now he has the chance to pull off an upset and beat him.\u00a0 Pineapple Pete versus Le Champion.\u00a0 Do not miss it.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Santana &amp; Ortiz vs Matt Hardy &amp; Kenny Omega<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-68251\" src=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2020\/05\/Matt-Hardy-Kenny-Omega-vs-LAX-e1589231090407.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\"><\/p>\n<p>This week&#8217;s Dynamite main event is <strong>Santana<\/strong> and <strong>Ortiz<\/strong> versus &#8220;Broken&#8221; Matt Hardy and Kenny Omega.\u00a0 Last week, Matt Hardy and Kenny Omega threw everything at Jericho and <strong>Sammy Guevara<\/strong> &#8211; at one point, the duo hilariously ran over Sammy Guevara in a golf cart.\u00a0 After watching that, it is hard to imagine why Santana and Ortiz would want to face these two.\u00a0 However, they certainly will be.\u00a0 Hardy and Omega eventually lost last week&#8217;s match and will be looking for revenge this week.\u00a0 The next exciting chapter in the tale of <strong>The Elite<\/strong> versus the <strong>Inner Circle<\/strong> takes place in the main event of AEW Dynamite on TNT this week!<\/p>\n<p>Stay tuned to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lastwordonprowrestling.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Last Word on Pro Wrestling<\/a>\u00a0for more on this and other stories from around the world of wrestling, as they develop.
