AEW<\/span><\/b> Dynamite<\/span><\/i> is sending us off this week to Revolution<\/span>!<\/span> With this being the last show before the masterfully built event, expect a little extra electricity in the air on TNT this week.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This <\/span>Wednesday<\/span> will<\/span> be <\/span>a big deal in its own right as well<\/span>,<\/span> with <\/span>the long-awaited rubber match between <\/span>Kenny Omega<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>PAC <\/span><\/b>in a 30-minute iron man match<\/span>, <\/span>a pair of great tag contests<\/span>, and the <\/span>boxing\/<\/span>MMA<\/span> style weigh-in for <\/span>Chris Jericho <\/span><\/b>and Jon <\/span>Moxley<\/span>.<\/span> Revolution is <\/span>turning into a masterfully built <\/span>card and<\/span> expect this Wednesday to \u201cdouble down\u201d on that hype and get everybody buzzing for Saturday.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With<\/span> mere hours to go before we hi<\/span>t<\/span> the<\/span> final<\/span> countdown, let<\/span> us dive right into what we will on<\/span> February 26<\/span>th<\/span>‘s<\/span> AEW <\/span>Dynamite<\/span><\/i>!<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Inner Circle vs Jungle Express<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

After a strong showing in the tag team <\/span>battle royal gauntlet<\/span> last week,<\/span> representatives of<\/span> both teams i<\/span>n this match<\/span> fell a bit short<\/span>.<\/span> Santana<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>Ortiz<\/span><\/b> representing Inner Circle made it all the way to the end, whereas <\/span>Jungle Boy<\/span><\/b> and <\/span>Luchasaurus<\/span><\/b> went almost to the end as well.<\/span> Now, we <\/span>get to see how they fare with an extra partner and Revolution firmly on the minds of all involved.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This match should further build t<\/span>o that event, which leads me to wonder what shenanigans may go on during the contest. <\/span>Jake Hager <\/span><\/b>and <\/span>Luchasaurus<\/span> certainly seem on a collision course, and that could get explored <\/span>leading to a program after the pay-per-view. <\/span>Sammy <\/span><\/b>is also wrapped up in a feud with the recently returned <\/span>Darby <\/span><\/b>Allin<\/span><\/b>, so he may decide to make another surprise appearance here.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As for the outcome, that <\/span>will all depend upon who gets involved and when. Don\u2019t expect this one to be a clean contest, but while it remains one it should be an entertaining battle in this six-man tag match.<\/span> Expect plenty of the usual insane <\/span>uses of the smaller Jungle Boy and <\/span>Marko Stunt<\/span><\/b>, as well as some brutal double team maneuvers from Proud N Powerful.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Just don\u2019t expect them to quite empty the tank here. There is still a small stretch of road left to Revolution, and most of these men will be looking to make it there ready and raring to go.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Butcher & The Blade W\/The Bunny vs Best Friends W\/Orange Cassidy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"Revolution<\/p>\n

The Butcher and The Blade <\/span><\/b>(along with manager <\/span>Bunny<\/span><\/b>) <\/span>have firmly established themselves as mainstays in this tag division.<\/span> And after the brilliant brawl between Butcher and <\/span>Luchasaurus<\/span> tore the house down, there is clearly a lot of bright things in store for the dark duo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Already on the established side, we have the fan-favorite Best Friends accompanied by their own manager, <\/span>Orange Cassidy.<\/span> Their crowd popping hugs and Orange <\/span>Cassify<\/span> appearances have become a staple of the division and really the AEW product as a whole.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As a result of this, we may <\/span>see a war between these two or this may be confirmation of where the other team\u2019s <\/span>heading in the future. If the Butcher and the Blade dominate throughout, they may very well be in <\/span>a high spot in <\/span>line for the tag titles after Revolution.<\/span> If it is a bit more even, then we know that both may be hovering around the title picture at the same time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Either way this clash of good vs evil<\/span> should make for a lot of memorable moments in a very classically told wrestling story.<\/span> Fingers crossed that Cassidy lays some devastating kicks into the Butcher, only to get a lariat <\/span>that will <\/span>rattle him so hard he will think he is<\/span> JC Ryder.<\/span> Heels will be heels.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kenny Omega vs PAC\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"AEW\"<\/p>\n

E<\/span>ver since<\/span> All Out<\/em>, wrestling fans<\/span> have been buzzing about the idea of repeating this<\/span>\u00a0great match up once more. Everybody except PAC and Omega.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As Chris Jericho pointed out on his podcast, neither <\/span>felt happy about it as they felt it ran long whilst also leaving plenty of spots on the cutting room floor. <\/span>Go back and <\/span>rewatch<\/span> that contest and tell me that doesn\u2019t blow your mind a bit. These two are so talented, they nearly had match of the night.<\/span> BY MISTAKE<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Enter in the brilliant concept of PAC hounding for his rubber match<\/span>. Now we have seen him try everything to get under Kenny\u2019s skin and make this rematch happen. He has attacked his friends, including Michael <\/strong><\/span>Nakazawa<\/strong>\u00a0and threating <\/span>Riho<\/span>. He has also cut promo after promo spitting venom Omega’s way to warn him of what he has in store.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

That all leads into this 30-minuter Iron Man match. <\/span>With a set, lengthy amount of time to work with expect them to<\/span> build upon their initial match in a big way. This has been eating at both men both in and out of <\/span>kayfabe<\/span>, and we can expect that to have these two laser focused.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And if they had near match of the night by mistake last time, imagine what they can do ON PURPOSE here on Dynamite this week.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jon Moxley And Chris Jericho Weigh In<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"Revolution<\/p>\n

Jon <\/span>Moxley<\/span> h<\/span>as<\/span> actively <\/span>dismantled the<\/span> Inner Circle<\/span><\/b> members <\/span>one<\/span> by one<\/span> on the road to Revolution<\/span>.<\/span> After taking a victory over <\/span>Santana <\/span>and his partner Ortiz, Jericho <\/span>started to run out of <\/span>soldiers<\/span>. Enter <\/span>Jeff Cobb<\/span><\/b><\/a>, <\/span><\/b>who was supposed to be the biggest obstacle yet<\/span> last week.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The monstrous mercenary\/man <\/span>put <\/span>Mox<\/span> to the test, pushing him to his absolute limit. But he couldn\u2019t get the victory. T<\/span>his seemed like<\/span>\u00a0the perfect storm to weaken <\/span>Moxley<\/span> up for Jericho on the 29<\/span>th<\/span>, up until that <\/span>superplex<\/span> got reversed into the small package that <\/span>wrappped<\/span> things up<\/span>. Now with all the momentum and confidence of a man who tore down a faction and took a sports car from them, Moxley heads into this Weigh In sitting pretty. Which is exactly what Jericho doesn\u2019t want.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Expect him to do everything in his power to change that, including hitting the redial button to all the <\/span>previous attempted hitmen. Jericho might not outweigh <\/span>Moxley<\/span> on the scales here, but he certainly outweighs his influence on the other wrestlers. Jon will just hope to make it out of here with at least one<\/span> good eye on his prize.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

But Le Champion will certainly be looking to put the lights out once and for all on the Jon <\/span>Moxley<\/span> spotlight<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There we have it folks, a stacked card to lead us into an even more stacked event on Saturday. It is safe to say we are kicking off one <\/span>helluva<\/span> week of wrestling for AEW fans.<\/span> And by the end of it, we may have some new names at the top by next Dynamite.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
